APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given to the policyholders and the general public thet the Commissioner of Insurance has with effect from 16th September, 2011, appointed Eliud Muchoki Muriithi, as Statutory Manager of Blue Shield Insurance Company Limited, in accordance with the provisions of section 67C (2) (i) of the Insurance Act. Take further notice that the insurer is not authorized to transact any new insurance business with effect from the same date. The appointed statutory manager shall be communicating to the policyholders and creditors on further action in due course. All enquiries should be directed to the statutory manager. S. M.
