NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd October, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 571, in Volume DI, Folio 91/1769, File No. MMXI, by our client, Karanja Kamau, of P.O. Box 381-00502, Karen in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Bernard Karanja Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Bernard Karanja Kamau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Karanja Kamau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Karanja Kamau only.
