REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Abdulrehman Ali Abdulrehman Mirza, (2) Saleh Ali Abdulrehman Mirza and (3) Mirza Ali Abdulrehman Mirza as tenants in common, all of P.O. Box 232, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 3.26 acres or thereabout, known as 979/VI/MN, situate in Malindi Municipality, Malindi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 8549, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
