REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pricila Wachuka (ID/1328060), of P.O. Box 1950, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/9388 (Mirera) which was a subdivision of Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/216, and whereas the senior principal magistrate‘s court at Naivasha has issued decree Misc. civil suit No. 2 of 2011 ordering an execution of a transfer in favour of Tabitha Wanjiru Josiah, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Tabitha Wanjiru Josiah, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Pricila Wachuka, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
