REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kinyanjui Kimani (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngenda/Wamwangi/298, containing 4.00 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Nakuru, in succession cause No. 341 of 2009, has issued grant letters of administration to (1) Racheal Nduta Kinyanjui and (2) Monica Waithera Kinyanjui, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to John Kinyanjui Kimani (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration, land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kinyanjui Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
