GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12054

WHEREAS Joseph Gisa Loilonya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kajiado/Dalalekutuk/1032, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court at Kajiado, in civil suit No. 4 of 2003, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Sekento ole Ntuluarieki (ID/0789883), of P.O. Box 89, Kajiado, and whereas the deputy registrar/executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Sekento ole Ntuluarieki, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Sekento ole Ntuluarieki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Kimanthi ole Gisa, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
