TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 233 OF 2010 By (1) Selly C. Sitienei and (2) Richard Kipngetich Soi, both of P.O. Box 20, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Sitieney, late of Kericho, who died at Tenwek Hospital, on 22nd April, 2007. CAUSE NO. 141 OF 2011 By (1) Beatrice Alividza Malweyi and (2) Margaret Jadeya Enanga, both of P.O. Box 66, Turbo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Mudoto Enanga, who died at Musembe Sub-location, on 2nd June, 2009. CAUSE NO. 211 OF 2011 By (1) Rahab Waithera Mugo, (2) James Muniu Mugo and (3) Samson Wanjama Mugo, all of P.O. Box 8088- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and sons, respectively, through Messrs. Kigen & Company, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Mugo Muniu , late of Maillinne, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital ,on 5th February, 2011. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
