REGISTRATION

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of Subaru saloon, white in colour manufactured in the year 2001 and registration No. KBD 028Y, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days, from the date of publication of this notice, from the premises of Haji Motors Limited, situate at Hyundai Complex, off Mombasa Road, behind Vision Plaza, upon payment of all outstanding repairs, storage and related charges, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty, without further notice and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
