TRANSFER

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, direct that the powers and duties of the Minister for Medical Services shall be exercised and performed by Hon.
