take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Kongotik Sub-location, Bomet, on 8th May, 2008, has been filed in this registry by (1) Nancy Cherotich Koskei and (2) Earnest Kiplangat, both of P.O. Box 291, Olenguruone, in their respective capacities as an administratrix and administrator of the deceased‘s estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
