THE ENERGY ACT
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) (d) of the
Energy Act, the Minister for Energy appoints—
WANJIKU C. MANYARA to be a Commissioner of the Energy Regulatory Commission, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 29th November, 2011.
The appointment of Emma W. Kiilu*, is revoked.
