WHEREAS Pauline Nzige Beauttah, of P.O. Box 53932–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate in the city of Nairobi, registered in the Nairobi District land registry as Nairobi /Block 32/358, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
