WHEREAS Gathaite Farmers Co-operative Society Limited, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 6.882 and 41.35 hectare or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang‘a, registered under title Nos. Makuyu/Makuyu/Block 2/1086 and 1088, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
