WHEREAS M‘Njeri Munaruguti (ID/3685783), Gaturi South in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.80 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, registered under title No. Gaturi/Githimu/6577, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whreas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that I shall open a new THE KENYA GAZETTE 9th December, 2011 4626 4626 land register (green card) after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
