LAND REFERENCE NO. 229/V/MN (MOMBASA) CAVEAT EMPTOR WE, EENS LIMITED, of P.O. Box 11883–00400, Nairobi, (tel. 0208000357/8) in the Republic of Kenya, do state that there exists a legal binding sale agreement dated the 13th July, 2011, for purchase of the above-referenced plot between ourselves and the registered proprietor Nitin Chunilal Shah. The general public and Government departments are therefore notified that anybody or entity purporting to deal with the said plot by way of transfer, sale, lease or anyhow whatsoever, does so at the risk of such transaction being declared null and void for all intents and purposes.
