IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by part II, section 8 (1) of the Kenya Coconut Development Authority Order, 2007, the Minister for Agriculture appoints— FRANCIS KALAMA FONDO (DR.) to be the Managing Director and Secretary to the Board of Kenya Coconut Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 5th January, 2011.
