GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 506

WHEREAS John Macharia Githinji, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Olare/Burnt Forest Block 5 (Ngarua)/231, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court, in civil suit No. 18 of 2005, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Ann Wairimu, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Ann Wairimu, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue land title deed to the said Ann Warimu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Macharia Githinji, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
