GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 512

WHEREAS Kiptoo Arap Soi, of P.O. Box 61, Litein in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kericho/Boito/1652, situate in district of Bureti, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court at Sotik, in Civil Suit No. 10 of 2010, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to Wesley Soi, of P.O. Box 61, Litein, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Wesley Soi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Wesley Soi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiptoo Arap Soi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
