NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th November, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 414, in Volume DI, Folio 258/3939, File No. MMX, by our client, Alice Atamba Amayi, of P.O. Box 47074– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alice Atamba alias Alice Atamba Andega, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Alice Atamba alias Alice Atamba Andega, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alice Atamba Amayi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Alice Atamba Amayi only.
