IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the State Corporations Act, the Minister for Agriculture appoints— LUCAS MESO to be Managing Director, Agricultural Finance Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 11th March, 2011.
