APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) of the Lake Basin Development Authority Act, the Minister for Regional Development Authorities appoints— PETER A. KABOK (ENG.) to be the Managing Director and Secretary to the Board of the Lake Basin Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th April, 2011.
