NEW SECTOR ROADS INSTITUTIONS OFFICES WITHDRAWAL FROM ACQUISITION IN PURSUANCE of section 23 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act, the Commissioner of Lands gives notice that the Government has withdrawn from the acquisition of land hitherto required for the above project. THE KENYA GAZETTE 8th April, 2011 Accordingly, Gazette Notices Nos. 11216 and 11217 of 2010 are revoked. Plans for the affected land may be inspected during office hours at the office of the Commissioner of Lands, Ardhi House, Nairobi. Dated the 6th April, 2011. Z. A.
