ACT

WHEREAS (1) John Peter Odoch and (2) Donnah Klumpp, both of P.O. Box 5459, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.11, 0.10, 0.01, 0.10, 0.15, 0.12, 0.16 and 0.42 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title Nos. Kisumu/Kogony/364, 5215, 5216, 376, 366, 365, 367 and 368, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
