GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3581

WHEREAS the Catholic Diocese of Nakuru, of P.O. Box 938– 20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 3.73 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Mau Narok/Siapei Block 3/509 (Mutukanio ―A‖), and whereas sufficient effort to recall the title for cancellation has been made, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed in favour of Ngwataniro Secondary School and one issued to the Catholic Diocese of Nakuru deemed cancelled, provided that no objection has been received within the said period.
