WHEREAS Loice Cheruto Butia (ID/3809771), of P.O. Box 884, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 13.31, 4.266 and 3.23 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kitale, registered under title Nos. Waitaluk/Kapkoi Block 4, Waituluk/30 and Kibormos 1 and 24, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
