WHEREAS Daniel Karogo Muiruri, is registered as proprietor in lesehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.034 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Numberi Riabai/3017, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, and efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register and upon such opening, the missing land register shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
