THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Festo Were, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Marachi/Elukhari/948, situate in the district of Busia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kakamega, in civil suit. No. 146 of 1989, has ordered the said piece of land be cancelled and the title be registered to Fanuel Nafwa Muyubi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the documents therein.
