NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th October, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 2804, in Volume DI, Folio 271/4110, File No. MMXI, by our client, Nicholus Kantai Koriata, of P.O. Box 154– 20500, Narok in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nicholus Zakayo Kantai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nicholus Zakayo Kantai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nicholus Kantai Koriata, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nicholus Kantai Koriata only.
