APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 7 of the First Schedule to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Act, 2011, as read with section 5 of the Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, in consultation with the Prime Minister, appoint - Yusuf Abdulrahman Nzibo, Mohamed Alawi Hussun, Abdullahi M.
