REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Antony Merri K. Drani, the administrator of estate of Charles Origa Drani, of P.O. Box 15254–00509, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1160/156, situate East of Ngong Township in the Nairobi Extra Provincial District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 11553/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (90) days from the date 4th November, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
