THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Muiruri Githongo, (2) Martha Gathoni Murage and (3) Jerusha Mabuti, all of P.O. Box 45278, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee from the Government of Kenya of that piece of land containing 240.7 acres or thereabout, known as 5038/1, situate in the Kilifi District, held under certificate of title registered as C.R. No. 15469, and whereas the administrators of the estate of (1) Martha Gathoni Murage and (2) Jerusha Mabuti (deceased) have lodged an instrument of transfer by assent and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (1) of the said Act, declaring that the said title registered as No. C.R. 15469/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer by assent.
