GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13862

WHEREAS (1) Elizabeth Nyariara Munyinyi and (2) Moses Memia Munyinyi (deceased), are registered proprietors of that piece of land known as Kiambaa/Ruaka/674, containing 6.90 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenyan in succession cause No. 654 of 1994, has issued grant and letters of administration to Elizabeth Nyariara Munyinyi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to (1) Elizabeth Nyariara Munyinyi and (2) Moses Memia Munyinyi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration, land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) THE KENYA GAZETTE 4th November, 2011 4230 4230 Elizabeth Nyariara Munyinyi and (2) Moses Memia Munyinyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
