REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Ngina Njuguna (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngenda/Nyamang‘ara/1366 containing 0.52 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court of Thika, in succession cause No. 312 of 2009, has issued grant letters of administration Julius Joseph Gitau Njuguna, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Jane Ngina Njuguna (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration, land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Ngina Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
