GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13867

WHEREAS Jim Kiptum Choge, is the registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Eldoret Municipality/Block 9/738, 1773, 993, 734, 735, 117, Block 9/17 (Border Farm)/429 and Block 14/622, 497 and 498 and Kapsaret/Kapsaret Block 1 (Yamumbi)/318, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the said parcels of land were the subject of Bankruptcy cause No. 6 of 2000, which has been finalized by the court, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the certificates of title issued in respect of the said pieces of land to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificates of title and proceed with the registration and issue new certificates, and upon such registration the certificates of titles issued earlier, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
