WHEREAS Muthoni Gathige, of P.O. Box 52, Mukurweini in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 3.902 and 3.957 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title Nos. Nanyuki/West Timau Block 1/207 and 1/252, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection have been received within that period.
