TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 114 OF 2011 By (1) Philip Mwei Metto and (2) Florentina Mwei, both of P.O. Box 116, Lessos in Kenya, through Messrs. Manani, Lilan & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kiplagat arap Mwei, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th September, 2010. CAUSE NO. 115 OF 2010 By (1) Juliana Chepkemoi Koech and (2) Cosmas Kipkorir Lagat, both of P.O. Box 346, Nandi Hills, South District in Kenya, through Messrs. Chemwok & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kiplagat Koech, late of Kaplelmet Sub-location, Nandi South District, who died on 8th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. 180 OF 2011 By (1) Esther Chemesunde and (2) Richard Kipchumba Rutto, both of P.O. Box 9632–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kipruto, late of Langas, who died at Langas, on 26th May, 1996. CAUSE NO. 181 OF 2011 By (1) Christopher Changwony and (2) Paul Cheboswony, both of P.O. Box 11, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheboswony Kimasia, late of Cherangany, who died at Kapsowar Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd November, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
