REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tirop arap Yego (ID/4820730), is regi stered proprietor of that piece of land known as Dundori/Muguathi Block 1/28 (Wanyororo), containing 3.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Nakuru, in succession cause No. 40 of 2008, has ordered for the surrender of the said title deed issued to him since he has proved to have been obtained by fraud, and all efforts to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title issued in respect off the said piece of land to registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, the land registrar intends to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument to the said Tirop arap Yego, and upon such registration, land title deed issued earlier to the said Saimo K.
