REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Davidson Ngibuini Kuguru, of P.O. Box 78, Karatina, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Karatina Town Block 1/448, situate in Nyeri District, and whereas the senior principal magistrate‘s court at Nyeri in Civil suit No. 417 of 2000, has ordered that the said piece of land transferred to Nguyo Ngibuini, of P.O. Box 42779, Nairobi, and whereas the registered proprietor has refused to surrender the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue to the said Nguyo Ngibuini, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Davidson Ngibuini Kuguru, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
