GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14386

WHEREAS Julius Muturi Muhuthu, is registered proprietor of tose pieces of land known as Mavoko Town Block 3(Waswa)/3945, 4273 and 4274, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi, in civil suit No. 2485 of 2003, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Leah Mwonjoria Wanjohi and (2) Gladys Njeri Muturi, both of P.O. Box 53051–00200, Nairobi, has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of themselves, and wheres all efforts made to trace the land title deeds issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, the land registrar intends to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said instruments to the said (1) Leah Mwonjoria Wanjohi and (2) Gladys Njeri Muturi, and upon such registration, land title deeds issued earlier to the said Julius Muturi Muhuthu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
