IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 260(1) of the Local Government Act, the County Council of Siaya appoints– David Ojwang Matata, Kennedy Omondi Opiyo, to be public prosecutors for the purposes of all cases arising under the Local Government Act, or under any by-law made by the County Council of Siaya, Whether under that Act or otherwise.
