NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Expeditious General Merchants to collect their motor vehicle stored under card No. 3994 (KBB 928A Toyota Hiace), Purple Royal Investments to collect their goods stored under card No. 4455 and Virmir Auctioneers to collect their goods under card No. 4995, all lying uncollected at the premises of Pangani Auction Centre along Murang‘a road opposite Guru Nanak Hospital, Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publicaion of this notice and upon payment to Pangani Auction Centre storage charges and any other incidental cost including the cost of publishing this notice, the same shal be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice.
