NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th June, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2398, in Volume D1, Folio 199/4459, File No. MMXI, by our client, Walkowa Akinyi Odinga, of P.O. Box 8858– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Carol Akinyi Odinga alias Carolyne Akinyi Oginga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Carol Akinyi Odinga alias Carolyne Akinyi Oginga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Walkowa Akinyi Odinga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Walkowa Akinyi Odinga only.
