NOTICE is given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. Place.—Kokotoni, Mariakani, Kilifi District. Purpose.—Commercial Area.—2.8 Acres approximately. Description of land: This land is situated approximately 6.5 kilometres to the North West of Mazeras Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from a point ―S1‖ which is a IPC from which spotheight 137 and spot height 174 are 3410 metres and 1663 metres distant on bearing of 211° 03' 37" and 199° 40' 41", respectively. Thence for a distance of 133.78 metres on a bearing of 148° 26' 55" to point S2–an 1PC; thence for a distance of 168.68 metres on a bearing of 163° 49' 17" to point S3–an 1PC; thence for a distance of 95.82 metres on a bearing of 11°42' 02" to point S4–an 1PC; thence for a distance of 17.18 metres on a bearing of 311° 15' 51" to point S5–an 1PC; thence for a distance of 47.88 metres on a bearing of 07° 01' 25" to point S6–an 1PC; thence for a distance of 110.91 metres on a bearing of 321° 56' 18" to point S7–an 1PC; thence for a distance of 72.01 metres on a bearing of 322° 20' 06" to point S8–an 1PC; thence for a distance of 27.02 metres on a bearing of 218° 59' 27" back to point S1–an 1PC.
