THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nuru Said, (2) Fatuma Said and (3) Said Ali, all of P.O. Box 88266, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing by measurements 0.0284 hectare or thereabouts, known as Sub-division No. 8074/1/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 32633/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that certificate of title is issued thereof is lost, notice is given that I shall issue a provisional certificate of title at the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period.
