THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hasmukh Mahendra Raval, of P.O. Box 573–00100, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land comprised on L.R. No. 4953/1455, situate in the Thika Municipality in the Kiambu District, held under a grant registered as I.R. 38584/1, and whereas the said Hasmukh Madendra Raval has lodged an instrument of Discharge and whereas Credit Bank has executed an instrument of Discharge in favour of Hamukh Mahendra Raval and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R 38584/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of Discharge of Charge.
