WHEREAS Joyce Nyambura Mwathi, of P.O. Box 120, Maralal in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.58, 2.083 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Laikipia/Daiga Ethi Block 2/784 and Marmanet/North Rumuruti Block II/3696, Ndurumo, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection have been received within that period.
