REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Kanugu Nyaga (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kiambaa/Thimbigua/446, containing 0.252 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause No. 2357 of 2009 has issued grant of letters of administration to Wangui Kanugu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Simon Kanugu Nyaga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration, land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Kanugu Nyaga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
