GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14797

WHEREAS Charles Rono Misoi, of P.O. Box 159, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kwanza/Kwanza Block 5/Korosi, situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Kitale, in civil suit No. C.M.L.C. No. 5 of 2009, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Samuel Namale and two others, of P.O. Box 641, Kitale and whereas the deputy registrar/executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Samuel Namale and two others, and 25th November, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Samuel Namale and 2 others, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Charles Rono Misoi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
