NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th July, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2864, in Volume D1, Folio 174/4062, File No. MMXI, by our client, Piyush Bipinchandra Modi, as the father and natural guardian of Dhrumil Piyush Modi, formerly known as Dhairya Piyush Modi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his minor‘s son‘s former name Dhairya Piyush Modi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dhrumil Piyush Modi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address his said minor son by his assumed name Dhrumil Piyush Modi only.
