REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hasmukh Mahendra Raval, of P.O. Box 573-00100, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 4953/1455, situate in the Thika Municipality in the Kiambu District, held under a grant registered as I.R. 38584/1, and whereas the said Hasmukh Madendra Raval has lodged an instrument of discharge, and whereas Credit Bank has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Hasmukh Mahendra Raval, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 38584/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
